YOUTH MINISTRY

7th - 12th Grade

High School

Students at this stage encounter God in various ways, and our aim is to meet them where they are and guide them towards understanding what God desires from them and through them. We strive to assist them in establishing their own faith and relationship with God. Within this supportive environment, students have a safe space to pose challenging questions, express their doubts, and cultivate relationships with fellow students and their Creator.

As high school students transition into adulthood beyond this ministry, our goal is for them to internalize these foundational truths:
I am created to pursue an authentic relationship with my Creator – “I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing” (John 15:5).
I belong to Jesus Christ, and my identity is defined by His words – “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations” (Jeremiah 1:5).
I exist every day to demonstrate God’s love to a broken world – “Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a multitude of sins” (1 Peter 4:8).
Our high school environment is available year-round, and students can join at any point!

Middle School

Navigating the challenges of middle school can be difficult, which is why we’ve created a welcoming environment where middle schoolers can feel comfortable and forge meaningful friendships. Within this positive atmosphere, we facilitate discussions about the Gospel and its impact on their lives and the community.

As our middle schoolers begin to shape their identities, our aim is to instill three fundamental truths crucial for their walk with Christ:
I will love God because He will never stop loving me – “We love because he first loved us” (1 John 4:19).
I will follow Jesus because He knows me better than I know myself – “For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them” (Psalm 139:13-16).
I will live out God’s story so that others will know who Jesus is –  “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another” (John 13:34-35).
Our middle school programs are available year-round, and students are encouraged to join at any point!
