We believe that children need a space to play, explore, and learn. While in this environment, we provide plenty of opportunities for them to move and stay active. We also believe it’s never too early to start teaching Biblical truths. Telling simple stories and singing memorable songs can ingrain Biblical truths. Palma Smiley Early Childhood Curriculum helps us accomplish this goal and advances our toddlers biblically, academically, and developmentally.
Curriculum
In this environment, we provide little ones with their first look at who God is and help them begin to understand the following concepts:
- God Made Me – “For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well” (Psalm 139:13-14).
- God Loves Me – “For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 8:38-39).
- Jesus Wants to be My Friend Forever – “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16)
