Missions We Support

Being a church that is FOR our neighbors means investing our time and resources in organizations that we're passionate about. We've listed some of these below; websites are linked in ministry names, if available. If you'd like to learn more or get connected to serve in once of these ministries, click here to let us know!

CSF

CSF is a "home away from home" for WKU students. Here, they can find Christ-centered community, ask the tough questions about life and faith, and grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus.

HOTEL INC

HOTEL INC is a leader in Warren County for solutions to the affordable housing crisis and homelessness. Their mission is to provide pathways to stable housing, community resources, building relationships, quality food, and serving our neighbors. They invite financial institutions, developers, builders, property managers, and everyday citizens to work alongside agencies like them to address real barriers to flourishing in our community.

LOCK

LOCK (Loving Our Community's Kids) is a ministry of BGCC that partners with the Family Resource Center at Bristow Elementary. Throughout the year, LOCK provides school supplies, Christmas gifts, coats, social activities, and mentoring relationships for kids.

MEALS INC

MEALS, INC unites local churches in the mission of preparing, packaging, and delivering hot meals to feed the hungry in our community. A network of churches serves on a rotational basis to meet this need each weekend.

Northwest Haiti Christian Mission

Northwest Haiti Christian Mission's goal is to serve through sustainable support to help people in need and enrich their lives spiritually. BGCC has supported this work for many years and arranges regular trips for our members to go and serve in Haiti.

Room in the Inn

Room in the Inn is a partnership between the Homeless and Housing Coalition of South Central Kentucky, HOTEL INC, and local churches. The goal of this ministry is to meet the needs of the homeless in our community and connect them with resources to help them transition out of homelessness. BGCC is involved in many facets of this ministry and is especially passionate about hosting our homeless friends on Friday nights during the winter shelter season.

White Mills Christian Camp

White Mills hosts thousands of children each summer in a fun, Christ-centered environment. The camps are for children ages 4-18, and there are also specialty camps including Handicap, Horseback Riding and Science Camp. White Mills also offers a number of men's and women's retreats in their retreat center.
