We have the opportunity to shape a generation through discipleship, creativity, and fun through our Kids' Place Ministry, and we intend to make the most of it! We want kids to have a fulfilling church life where kids can learn about God, feel safe, and have fun!
The safety of your child while in our care is of great importance to us.
In order for your child to attend any of our classes on Sundays, you will need to visit the Kids' Place Check-in Station in our Kids and Family Entrance. If you are new, or if you have any questions, a trained volunteer will be available to assist you in checking in your child. You will receive a printed tag for each child and one tag for yourself. Place the child's name tag on your child’s shirt, and a Kids' Place team member will help you find his/her classroom.
If the only child you need to check in is in the Nursery/Toddler classes, you can go in the main entrance and check your child in with their teacher in the classroom.
Remember to keep the adult security tag. You will need that tag to pick up your child after service.
9:15 Sunday School
For our Sunday School hour, we break the kids up into age appropriate classes and use the HeartShaper curriculum. We believe that by pairing the discipleship and biblical knowledge together, we can help grow a generation of devoted followers of Christ.
10:30 Children's Church
By using the First Look curriculum, we give preschoolers a first impression of their loving heavenly Father. Kids' Place keeps learning simple and fun, giving our children basic truths about God. By the time children graduate into our elementary programming, they will understand three core beliefs: God made me, God loves me, and Jesus wants to be my friend forever.
Our 10:30 hour for this age group takes our children on a fun, engaging journey of biblical learning. We use the 252 Basics curriculum and incorporate all the elements of an adult service, presenting it in a way that fits their unique learning style.
Years Old-3rd Grade
(Returns in August!)
AWANA reaches kids where they are at and walks alongside them in their faith journey. Each Sunday night during the school year, our kids have games, large group worship, devotions, and small group time.
